Texi SEP System is an automatic, computer-controlled multifunction machine for sewing, embroidering, and perforating coated fabrics and leathers.

The machine combines three devices into one - a 1-needle lockstitch machine, a 9-needle embroidery machine and a device for perforating holes in 6 sizes. Texi SEP System is equipped with automatic thread trimmer and automatic thread breakage detection.

The device consists of three static heads and a working table with a pneumatic actuator and an automatic lift. The effective working area is 1200 x 800 mm and it is illuminated by LED lamp. The machine is equipped with a strong clamp that prevents the material from shifting during operation.

Texi SEP System has a built-in 5,5 kW servo motor that moves the fabric frame along the x and y axis.

The sewing speed of the machine is 1000 stitches per minute, the embroidery speed is 1000 stitches per minute, and the perforation speed is 800 holes per minute.




The TEXI SEP System multifunction device does not require a professional and qualified operator. Intuitive operation is carried out using a touch panel of 10.4 inches. The operator can create and edit patterns on the screen. All the patterns can be saved in the machine's memory. Autosew Cad software is included with the machine. The device allows for quick and precise execution of complex patterns, combining 3 techniques of material refinement.

The automatic lubrication function ensures a constant supply of oil to the perforating device, the embroidery machine head, and the sewing machine. Texi SEP System is equipped with an industrial vacuum cleaner, which constantly sucks up the material scraps.

The device is intended for the production of leather car seats, pneumatic seats, leather furniture, sports shoes, leather shoes or leather clothing, etc.
